Booking and Payment Terms

Booking

All Waypoint Tallinn tours and services need to be booked in advance. You can place a booking request for any tour, bike rental or other service by pressing BOOK button on our website or by emailing us at info@waypointtallinn.eeWe will do our best to confirm or to respond with additional questions within 1 working day. 

Kindly note that we will be sending you an invoice with our booking confirmation. 

If your booking is in less than 24 hours, please give us a call at +372 533 25 069 to confirm the service.

Placing a booking

Choose the desired tour on our website under the specific tour page. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the date and ticket type. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid securely via the following payment methods provided by Maksekeskus AS:

Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank

NB! When using a bank link payment confirm the order and then click on the ‘Return to merchant’ button.

The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is transferred to authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.
If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.

Tour Conditions and Depature Terms

Our regular tours have specific dates and departure times. Book early to avoid disappointment, since our most popular tours tend to fill up quickly, so we only guarantee previously processed requests, on first in-first served basis. We use a minimum participation requirement, so the tour will only operate when the tour minimum is met. If the tour minimum is not met, we will notify all participants at least 36h in advance and provide a full refund. 

Private tours are perfect for groups of friends and families, and once confirming all details, we can start the tour from any preferred location and at any time. 

If confirmed, the tour or other specified event will always take place in all weather conditions. 

For bicycle tours we kindly ask you to sign a waiver, which serves as a confirmation that a participant is able to ride a bicycle and is aware of all the risks, which are related to the activity. In addition the participant agrees to  use our bicycle in a careful and prudent manner.

Starting Point for tours

Tours have different starting locations, specified for every tour individually. 

The starting point for private tours to be confirmed separately with the client.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a prebooked tour, please send us an e-mail to info@waypointtallinn.ee at least 48 hrs prior to the agreed departure and we will refund in full. When a tour or a service is cancelled less than 48 hrs prior to agreed departure, we will refund 20% of your tour cost. If cancellation takes place less than 24 hrs prior to agreed departure, no refund will be possible.

Giiditeenuseid pakume eesti, inglise, vene, saksa ja soome keeles. Mõni retk viiakse läbi ainult valitud keeltes, palun vaata täpsemat teavet meie tuuride kirjeldusest. Osadel retkedel pakume võimalust kasutada tõlketeenust.
